Clinical Services Project Manager (remote)
Type: Contract, W2 only
Duration: 12+ months
Location: fully remote, reports to the Tucson, AZ office.
Pay: $33/hr-$37/hr, DOE

A global biotech company is seeking a Clinical Services Project Manager I to manage multiple clinical and lab services projects of lower complexity from initiation through contract completion, under general supervision. The Clinical Services Project Manager will apply project management skills and experience to deliver projects on time, within budget, and with high customer satisfaction. This role will also facilitate cross-functional interactions to ensure assigned projects are completed within deadlines and in compliance with the pharma services plan.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple clinical testing and lab services projects from initiation through contract completion under supervision of Program Manager.
- Act as primary point of contact to Pharma customers.
- Develop project plans, establish and coordinates timelines for assigned projects and functions.
- Manage execution of cross-functional plans and tracks progress of activities
- Identify gaps, potential bottlenecks or delays and challenge assumptions.
- Oversee and guide day to day activities of sample process flow and accurate reporting of results.
- Implements best practices within the clinical sciences team.
- Guide and manage cross-functional interactions to complete the assigned projects within the deadline.
- Interface with resources outside of the company (CROs, site investigators, client counterparts, etc.) and serve as single point of contact with Pharma and companys clients.
- Manage meeting activities such as setting agendas, organizing meeting time and editing meeting minutes.
- Track, maintain and communicate project reports and clinical study data.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with using Project Management tools like Smartsheet, Jira, Trello, etc.
- Understanding of the regulatory environment related to dealing with clinical studies (preferred).
